I want to make an appointment at the doctor’s office and I have the Consumer Driven Health Plan (CDHP PPO), what is the name of my plan?
Effective July 1, 2022 for the Consumer Driven Health Plan (PPO) the HealthSCOPE Benefits Aetna Signature Administrators Network is being replaced.
HealthSCOPE Benefits is changing its name to UMR. Northern Nevada and out-of-state members will utilize the UMR UnitedHealthcare Choice Plus Network. Southern Nevada members will utilize the UMR Sierra Health-Care Options. PPO members are encouraged to confirm the network status of provider(s) before receiving health care services beginning July 1, 2022. You can search for in-network providers on the Find a Provider page.
