How do I change my contact information (address, email, phone number) with PEBP?

If you work for an agency under Central Payroll, please update your contact information in SuccessFactors or contact your agency representative to update your information in SuccessFactors on your behalf.

If you work for NSHE, please update your contact information in Workday or contact HR to update your information in Workday on your behalf.

If you work for an agency outside of Central Payroll or NSHE-Boards, LCB, PERS, etc. please contact your agency representative to have them update your information on your behalf.

If you are a retiree, please contact PEBP at 1-800-326-5496, option 2 or 1-775-684-7000, option 2.

Address changes should be completed within 30 days of moving.
