How do I add my newborn to my plan?
Within 60 days of the date of the event, login to the E-PEBP Portal. Once logged in, select “Enroll/Make Changes,” then select your life event from the list. The system will guide you through the steps. Once you have completed the online process, you will need to submit your supporting documentation.
You will need to submit a copy of the hospital birth confirmation. Within 120 days of the date of birth, you will need to submit the Social Security number and copy of the child’s Certified Birth Certificate as well.
