How do I add my newborn to my plan?
Within 60 days of the date of birth, login to the E-PEBP Portal. Once logged in, select “Quick Actions” then “Enroll/Make Changes,” next select birth from the list. The system will guide you through the steps. Once you have completed the online process, you will need to submit your supporting documentation.
You will need to submit a copy of the hospital birth confirmation within 60 days of the date of birth. Within 120 days of the date of birth, you will need to submit a copy of the newborn’s Social Security card and copy of the Certified Birth Certificate as well.
