    Login to the E-PEBP Portal. Once you are logged in, select the link for HealthScope Benefits on the right side of the screen. Next, from the HealthScope Benefits home page, click on the Resource tab to the right labeled “Order ID Card”.

  • I am a CDHP participant, how do I view my claims?

    Login to the E-PEBP Portal. Once you are logged in, select the link for HealthScope Benefits on the right side of the screen. Next, from the HealthScope Benefits home page, click on the Resource tab to the right labeled “Claims and Eligibility”. From there, you will be able to view current and past health claims for both medical and dental.

  • I am a CDHP participant, how do I compare costs for medical treatments such as an MRI or and X-ray?

    Login to the E-PEBP Portal. Once you are logged in, select the link for HealthScope Benefits on the right side of the screen. Next, from the HealthScope Benefits home page, click on the HealthSparq Cost Lookup Tool on the top left of the page. From there, you will be able to compare costs for medical treatments to find the best prices. Get estimated average costs for hospital stays, MRIs, office visits, surgeries, vaccines, X-rays and more.

  • How do I view my HSA/HRA balance?

    Login to the E-PEBP Portal. Once you are logged in, select the link for HealthScope Benefits on the right side of the screen. Next, from the HealthScope Benefits home page, click on the Resource tab to the right labeled “FSA/HSA & HRA." From there, you will be able to view your current balance. If it is more convenient to call HealthScope Benefits the number is located on the back of your HSA/HRA card.

  • I want to cancel my COBRA coverage, how do I do that?

    If you have elected COBRA coverage and wish to cancel, you can mail, fax or email a letter to PEBP requesting termination of your coverage. You will need to include your account number and contact information.

  • How do I terminate my retiree benefits?

    You may submit a written request to PEBP to decline all benefits. By declining coverage, you will also be declining Life Insurance, Long Term Disability, and HRA benefits. Your coverage will terminate on the last day of the month that you are requesting to decline.

  • I want to change my medical plan, how can I do that?

    You may change your medical plan option during the open enrollment period (May 1 - May 31).  Changes made during open enrollment become effective July 1st. However, if you are enrolled in an HMO plan and move outside of your HMO coverage area, you may change plans. Certain exceptions may apply for Qualified Medical Child Support Orders (QMCSO).

  • How do I notify PEBP that I have moved?

    Contact PEBP to request a Benefit Enrollment & Change Form which will need to be submitted within 60 days of your address change. You may also log into your PEBP account to update your personal information including your email. You are welcome to call Member Services to submit your change of address over the telephone however, they are unable to take requests via email for security purposes.

  • I am retired and not eligible for premium-free Medicare Part A, how do I remain on the PEBP plan?

    If you are retired and nearing age 65, you will need to contact the Social Security Administration to request a premium-free Part A denial letter. You will also need to purchase Part B coverage. Submit copies of the Part A denial letter and Part B card to PEBP. If you are ineligible for premium-free Part A, you will be able to retain coverage under the CDHP or HMO plan.

  • I am retired and Medicare eligible, how do I transition to the Medicare Exchange program offered by PEBP?

    If you are retired and nearing age 65, you will need to contact the Social Security Administration to apply for premium-free Medicare Part A and purchase Part B coverage. Submit a copy of your Medicare card to PEBP. You then need to contact Towers Watson's OneExchange to enroll in a medical plan. The PEBP and Medicare Guide also offers further instructions on enrollment.

  • How do I change my HSA election mid-year?

    Login to the E-PEBP Portal. Once you are logged in, select the link for HealthSCOPE Benefits on right side of the screen. Next, from the HealthScope Benefits home page, click on “View PEBP HSA/HRA information." From there, you will be able to view your current HSA balance. On the left hand side of the page you will notice the “Change HSA Election" option. From there, you can walk through the steps to increase, decrease, change or stop your contribution.

  • I am newly married and want to be covered under my spouse's plan, how do I decline PEBP's coverage

    Within 60 days from the date of the event, contact PEBP to request a Benefit Enrollment and Change form. You will select the "Marriage" event and decline coverage. You will need to submit a copy of your marriage certificate and proof of new employer-group healh insurance.

  • How do I add my newborn to my plan?

You will need to submit a copy of the hospital birth confirmation. Within 120 days of the date of birth, you will need to submit the Social Security number and copy of the child’s Certified Birth Certificate as well.

  • I am retiring, how do I enroll in retiree coverage?

    Within 60 days of your retirement date, contact PEBP for the required forms. You will need to submit a Benefit and Enrollment Change Form along with a Years of Service Certification Form to the PEBP office. If you are age 65 or older, you will need to submit a copy of your Medicare Parts A and/or B card. You may also need to transition to the Medicare Exchange at that time.   • I am a new employee, how do I enroll in a medical plan?

    On the PEBP Home page, locate the E-PEBP portal at the top of the page. Create an account or login to your existing account. The system will guide you through the steps to elect a medical plan and add your dependents (if applicable). Once you have completed the online process, you will need to submit any required supporting documents to the PEBP office. *If applicable: Submit a copy of the Certified Marriage Certificate/Certified Domestic Partner Certificate. Social Security number(s) for spouse/domestic partner and/or covered children will also need to be provided. When adding dependent children, you will need to submit a copy of their certified birth certificate(s).

  • How do I unlock my PEBP account?

    To unlock your account, answer the challenge question located on the login screen. If you cannot answer the challenge question, contact Member Services at 775-684-7000 or 800-326-5496 for assistance.

  • How do I establish an online account?

    Locate the portal at the top of the page. The first time you log in, your password is your birthdate in (mmddyyyy) format, followed by the last four digits of your SSN (mmddyyyyssss). For example, if your birthday is a May 12, 1960, and your SSN is 123-45-6789, your initial password will be 051219606789 (no dashes/no slashes).
