Open Enrollment Informational Webinar for Participants Enrolled in a PEBP Plan

Plan year 2024 open enrollment (OE) meetings will be held virtually. This meeting is for active employees, pre-Medicare retirees, and retirees not eligible for Medicare free Part A who are enrolled in a PEBP plan. Attendance is not mandatory, and OE is passive, meaning that if you do not want to make changes to your coverage no action is required. The webinar will focus on premium rates, plan design and plan offerings, so you are highly encouraged to attend.
Registration is required. To register for the webinar, use the Website link below in the DETAILS section and we will see you on Zoom. Please log on 10 minutes early to make sure that your audio and video are working properly. Although there are phone numbers to join via audio in your emailed registration confirmation, it is highly recommended to join the webinar online so that you can follow along with the presentation. There will be time at the end of the presentation for a Q&A. If you cannot attend a webinar a recording will be available on our OE page once the webinars have concluded.

Administrative leave is authorized per NAC 284.589.6(b) for active employees attending a PEBP coordinated event. PEBP recommends employees work with their supervisor to request approval to attend an OE meeting. Open enrollment meetings are scheduled in 2-hour increments.
