Effective January 1, 2022, Central Payroll implemented a 50/50 split of health insurance premiums between the first and second paycheck of each month.

We are now accepting walk-ins by appointment only on Thursdays. To schedule an appointment please call Member Services at 775-684-7000, option #2.

Locked out of your E-PEBP portal?

To reset your password please submit a password reset form (available Monday – Friday 7am – 5pm).

Supporting Documents:

Please submit your supporting documents to us using our secure document upload form.

Messaging & Email:

All PEBP participant related questions will need to be sent through the participants E-PEBP Portal. A PEBP representative will review and respond to you through your portal. The message will remain visible to you so you can go back and reference it at any time.

The PEBP member services email will no longer be accepting attachments beginning 4/1/2022. Any general questions can be emailed to PEBP Member Services at memberservices@peb.nv.gov. Please note that only general questions or questions by non-PEBP participants will be answered through this email.
