Submit Supporting Documents:
Please submit your supporting documents to us using the Secure Document Upload Form.
Submit Public Comment to PEBP Board:
Please submit your public comment using the Secure Public Comment Form. Public comment must be received no less than 48 hours before a scheduled board meeting. Comments received too close to the board meeting will not have time to be reviewed by board members.
Messaging & Email:
All PEBP participant related questions must be sent through the participants E-PEBP Portal. A PEBP representative will review and respond to you through your portal. The message will remain visible so you can go back and reference it at any time. Portal messages are answered in the order that they are received.
The PEBP member services email no longer accepts attachments. Any general questions can be emailed to PEBP Member Services at email@example.com. Only general questions and questions by non-PEBP participants will be answered through this email.
